Webmaster.
The webmaster is appointed by the president to a two-year term which can be renewed once. They work with the members of the FLAM Board to coordinate the collection and sharing of information across the association, with key partners, and with other external constituencies. The primary responsibility of the webmaster is managing the website. They are responsible for adding advocacy news, job listings, the monthly spotlight, and keeping our resources updated for members. They will answer inquiries from the website or forward them to the appropriate party. The webmaster will work with the conference chair and treasurer to create and manage the conference registrations. The webmaster should make timely updates to the website, and will need to work more frequently in the two months leading up to the conference.

Social Media Manager.
The social media manager is appointed by the president to a two-year term which can be renewed once. The social media manager is the point person to whom announcements, news briefs, and other information related to the promotion of the association on social media are sent. They will answer inquiries from FLAM social media accounts, or forward them to the appropriate party. They will create graphics and post frequently on social media to promote FLAM events and news related to advocacy for World Languages or Second Language Acquisition. The social media manager should make weekly posts.
The Webmaster and Social Media Manager are expected to collaborate closely to ensure consistent information.
Exhibitor Chair.
The exhibitor chair will serve a renewable two-year term. They will serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors before, during, and after the conference. They will propose the offerings and price structure for exhibitor participation at the annual conference, arrange for delivery and pick up of shipments, prepare exhibitor tables, collect logos and ads for the conference program, and organize door prizes.

Deputy Conference Chair.
The deputy conference chair will be primarily responsible for seconding the Conference Chair in all duties during the term. Upon the end of the term of the Conference Chair, the Deputy Chair will move into that role and a new Deputy Conference Chair will be appointed.
